This opportunity is open to:

1. Businesses or individuals who would like to contribute their products and services as gifts to all contestants

2. Businesses or individuals who would like to contribute their time and talents to the production of the pageant

Gift sponsors / volunteers may benefit from the following:

• 2 tickets for the final night of MISTER USA

• Acknowledgment in the official MISTER USA website and in the official MISTER USA pageant programme

• Receive a certificate with their name, MISTER USA identification, year of sponsorship, and term "Promotional Sponsor" or "Official Volunteer" inscribed

As a Gift Sponsor, you shall provide the following:

1. If contributing a particular gift or gifts to all the contestants, it must be worth at least fifty ($50) dollars.

1. If contributing a particular gift or gifts to the Titleholder, it must be worth at least fifty ($100) dollars.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Delivery of Awardee's gifts by July 1, 2008.

2. Terms and conditions are good only between June 1, 2008 and July 31, 2009.

3. Any cancellation on your part after the signing of the MISTER USA 2008 Agreement is subject to payable and non-refundable sponsorship fee.

4. There shall be no claims against the Mister USA Organization, in the event the pageant is annulled, postponed or brought forward by the company.

As an Official Volunteer, you shall provide the following:

1. Commitment to the number of hours, schedule and duties as agreed between Mister USA Organization and you.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Delivery of Awardee's gifts by July 1, 2008.

2. Terms and conditions are good only between May 1, 2008 and July 31, 2009.

3. Any cancellation on your part after the signing of the MISTER USA 2008 Agreement is subject to payable and non-refundable sponsorship fee.

4. There shall be no claims against the Mister USA Organization, in the event the pageant is annulled, postponed or brought forward by the company.
