As Gold Sponsor of MISTER USA, your benefits will include:

10. company logo on promotional banners during the final of Mister USA

12. free full color, full page advertisement in the event program book

13. opportunity to be a judge at the MISTER USA final

14. opportunity to announce the winner of MISTER USA

15. Six (6) VIP tickets and hospitality for MISTER USA final

16. 3 (three) complimentary personal appearances of not more than two (2) hours each to showcase the Mister USA 2008 Titleholder for your special events, publicity and sponsor-related activities

COMPANY, as Gold Sponsor, shall provide the following:

1. Sponsorship fee of fifteen thousand U.S. dollars ($15,000) which entitles you to ALL official sponsorship benefits and association with MISTER USA 2008. It also includes ALL advertising, promotional and publicity materials, and other incidental expenses associated with the pageant production.

2. US$2,000.00 worth of products for the Titleholder as part of his prize package.

3. Complimentary gifts for each contestant.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 50% of the sponsorship fee to be paid within seven (7) days upon securing of the official sponsorship. 50% to be paid by July 1, 2008. 2. Delivery of Titleholder's prize package within 3 days after the pageant.

3. Delivery of complimentary gifts by August 1, 2008.

4. Company logo must be provided by you.

5. Terms and conditions are good only between May 1, 2008 and July 31, 2009.

6. Any cancellation on your part after the signing of the MISTER USA 2008 Agreement is subject to payable and non-refundable sponsorship fee.

7. There shall be no claims against the Mister USA Organization, in the event the pageant is annulled, postponed or brought forward by the company.
